JAXplus, the revolutionary selection of soluble fibres extracted from the surplus of the beer production, is left naturally in the beverage to create a new Fravort Kellerbier which reduces the glycaemic peak during digestion: same taste, double lightness.

Fravort Doppio Mosto, Double Wort: good in every sense

Fravort is an Italian craft Kellerbier with the fragrance of grains and a soft flavour, produced in Valsugana: with the addition of JAXplus during the double mashing, it doubles the content of soluble fibresand becomes Fravort Doppio Mosto.

The fibres in question are a particular selection of arabinoxylans, identified and used for their extraordinary capability to reduce the increase in the glycaemic index and the insulin stimulation after meals completely without flavour or odour, they do not alter the taste and fragrance of the beer while making it immediately lighter and easier to digest, above all if consumed with its most classic food pairing, pizza.

Clinical tests carried out by the University of Pavia have shown an effective 42% reductionin the glycaemic response to the same beer produced with the traditional method.

From surplus to resource: the sustainable production of JAXplus

Arabinoxylans come from the valorisation of barley malt and the recovery of its draff, normally waste materials and products in large quantities, rich from a nutritional point of view but not very manageable from a commercial point of view.

The production is, therefore, carried out in an outlook of circular economy and sustainability: in addition to the search for extreme quality in the final product, the attention is directed to the use of the resources and the protection of the environment.
